When Pablo moved from New York to Dallas, he never imagined that one decision would change the rest of his life. At church, he met Karen, and what began with a simple hello became a friendship neither of us could have planned, but both of us would come to cherish deeply.

Our friendship grew through church, conversations, shared moments, and countless laughs. Somewhere along the way, Pablo realized he had fallen for Karen. The funny part? Almost everyone around us knew. Friends teased him, family noticed, and somehow the “secret” wasn’t much of a secret at all. Karen eventually figured it out too—and the friendship we already loved slowly began to become something more.
